Drilling and sawing of openings in concrete for feeding through pipes or conduits, sawing off plinth foundations, drilling and installing anchorings including delivery of test reports, cutting of new door openings in concrete- and brickwork walls, selective dust-free and vibration-free demolition work: Cibor can perform all of these for you.

We make clear agreements and respect the agreed upon planning at all times. We not only provide the required risk analysis and a safety plan, but we, of course, also ensure that our people are in possession of all of the personal protection equipment required for starting the work. As part of our VCA system, periodic checks of all equipment and machinery are self-evident.

Often not only the planning and safety are important, but the work must also be performed in extremely clean conditions (in offices, clean rooms, production environments, etc.). This is second nature to us.

Leak detection, building pathology and special repair techniques

Detecting leaks in flat roofs, preventive checks of new waterproof layers, detecting leaks in pipes, camera inspections of drain pipes, draught- and ventilation problems, infiltrations via facades or other constructive details, … We are at your disposal to help solve these kinds of problems in an efficient manner.

By using our relining technique, we can repair various types of drain pipes that are routed underneath floors or are in other non-accessible constructions, without much removal work and in minimum time.
